Will my customer data be used to train AI models?

No. We have contractual agreements with every model provider stating that data sent through our API calls is not used for training. Your customer records, email drafts and call transcripts stay yours. Enterprise plans also offer US, EU and AU data residency.

Is AI an add-on or included?

Included. AI lead scoring, AI email drafting, AI meeting summaries, agentic watchlist and voice AI all ship on the flat plan. We do not meter AI calls per token. Fair-use caps exist to stop abuse but normal operator usage does not hit them.

Can I bring my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key?

Yes. BYOK is supported. Paste your key, pick the model, and Juicy Goosey routes AI calls through your account. Useful if you already pay for ChatGPT Plus or a corporate OpenAI account and want to avoid double billing.
