CRM Pricing Comparison 2026: What Every Major CRM Actually Costs
CRM pricing is confusing on purpose. Per-user fees, tiered feature gates, add-on modules, contact limits. This page cuts through the noise with a side-by-side comparison of what the major CRMs actually cost for a real team in 2026. Sticker prices, real costs and the hidden fees nobody mentions until you are already onboarding.

What the Sticker Price Does Not Tell You
Per-User Fees Multiply Fast
$25/user/month sounds cheap until you have 10 users and the bill is $3,000/year. Then you hire 5 more and it jumps to $4,500. Per-user pricing punishes growth.
Cheap Plans Lock Core Features
Automation, reporting, email sequences and forecasting are often locked behind the "Professional" tier. The starter plan gets you in the door but not doing real work.
Contact and Storage Caps
Free and starter tiers often cap contacts at 1,000-2,500. Hit the cap and you upgrade or delete. The cap exists to force the upsell, not to protect you.
API Access as an Upsell
Some CRMs restrict API access to enterprise plans. If you need Zapier, webhooks or custom integrations, check the tier that includes API before comparing prices.
Onboarding and Training Fees
Salesforce implementations routinely cost $5,000-50,000 in consultant fees on top of the subscription. HubSpot charges mandatory onboarding fees on Pro and Enterprise tiers.
Annual vs Monthly Pricing Gaps
Most CRMs show annual pricing by default. Monthly is 20-40% more. If you are not ready to commit annually, multiply the annual price by 1.3 to see the real monthly cost.
Cost by Team Size (Mid-Tier Plans)
| Team Size | Salesforce | HubSpot | Pipedrive | Zoho | Juicy Goosey |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $960/yr | $1,200/yr | $588/yr | $276/yr | $588/yr (Portal) |
| 5 users | $4,800/yr | $6,000/yr | $2,940/yr | $1,380/yr | Flat rate |
| 10 users | $9,600/yr | $12,000/yr | $5,880/yr | $2,760/yr | Flat rate |
| 25 users | $24,000/yr | $30,000/yr | $14,700/yr | $6,900/yr | Flat rate |
All figures use mid-tier annual pricing from public pages. Juicy Goosey Enterprise pricing is custom. "Flat rate" means the same price regardless of headcount.
Per-User vs Flat-Rate: Why It Matters
Per-User Pricing
Cost grows linearly with headcount. Adding a rep, an admin or a part-time VA adds another seat fee. This creates a "should I give them access?" tax on every hire.
Best for: solo operators who will stay solo. Worst for growing teams.
Flat-Rate Pricing
One price regardless of team size. Add a new hire without a budget conversation. Remove the "access tax" from every staffing decision.
Best for: teams of 3+ where headcount changes. The savings compound with every hire.
How To Read a CRM Pricing Page (Without Getting Fooled)
- Check if the price is annual or monthly. Most CRMs default to annual pricing. Click the monthly toggle to see the real number.
- Multiply by your team size. $49/user is $2,940/year for 5 people, not $588.
- Check what the cheap tier actually includes. If automation, reporting or email sequences are locked behind "Pro," price against Pro.
- Ask about contact limits. Free and starter tiers cap contacts. Ask what happens when you hit the limit.
- Ask about onboarding costs. Some CRMs charge $500-5,000 for mandatory onboarding. That cost does not show on the pricing page.
- Calculate total first-year cost. Subscription + onboarding + implementation + training. That is the real number to compare.
Where Juicy Goosey Fits
We are not the cheapest CRM at 1 user (Zoho and Freshsales win on sticker price). We are not the most feature-rich at enterprise scale (Salesforce wins that).
We win on total cost for growing teams because flat-rate pricing means user #6 costs the same as user #1. No budget conversation for every hire. No feature-gating on cheaper plans. No mandatory onboarding fees.
