Can I review every email before it sends?

Yes. Draft Only is the default mode: AI suggests, you click send. You can also queue drafts for end-of-day review, auto-send internal team updates, or opt in to auto-send customer-facing emails per workflow with safeguards. Approval workflow is fully configurable.

Does this work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. We provide a Gmail sidebar via the Gmail integration and an Outlook sidebar via the Outlook integration. You can also compose inside Juicy Goosey directly and the send goes out through your connected mailbox. Sent-mail history syncs back to the contact.

Does it use ChatGPT or Claude?

Both, plus Gemini. The router picks per task. Claude usually handles drafting because writing quality is its specialty. You can pin a specific model in settings or bring your own API key. See the ChatGPT and Claude integration pages for deeper detail.

Can I draft cold emails this way too?

Yes, Cold Email Mode. New contact with no history, AI uses ICP signals plus recent company news (if web-enrich is on). Still opinion-quality, not magic, so expect to personalize the first line yourself. Use sparingly and make sure your deliverability is clean.
