What's the difference between Help Center and Learn?

Help Center is operational: how do I do X in Juicy Goosey. Learn is editorial: thought-leadership articles, AEO pieces, comparisons, glossary. If you are a paying customer trying to use the product, Help Center. If you are evaluating CRMs or learning the category, Learn.

How do I get personal support?

Email support@juicygooseycrm.com. Response times: 24h on the standard plan, 4h on Enterprise standard, 1h on Enterprise critical SLA. Include your account email and a screenshot if possible.

Can I suggest a help article?

Yes. Email support@juicygooseycrm.com with what you wish existed. If multiple customers ask the same thing, that question becomes a Help Center article within a week.

Are help articles versioned?

Each article will show a Last Updated date at the bottom. Articles are written based on real founder-recorded product walkthroughs and refreshed when the product changes. We will not ship how-to content based on inference, only on verified product flows.

Where is the API documentation?

API docs live at /api/docs/ (developer-facing, separate from Help Center which is end-user-facing). For partner-level integration support, see the Partners hub.
