Yes. Claude Sonnet 4.6 is our default for email drafting and long-form work. Opus 4.6 handles the hardest reasoning tasks. Haiku 4.5 does fast batch operations. The router picks per task based on quality and cost, you can pin a specific model in settings.

Can I connect my Anthropic API key?

Yes. Paste an Anthropic API key in settings and every AI feature then runs through your account on your billing. Useful if you have an enterprise contract with Anthropic, pinned a specific model version or want your own retention controls.

What is the 1 million token context window good for in a CRM?

Long contact histories. A 3-year client thread across dozens of emails, meetings, notes and proposals fits in one prompt without summarization loss. When Claude drafts a follow-up for a long-standing client, it sees the full history, not a lossy recap.

Is Claude better than GPT for sales emails?

In our tests, Claude holds voice better and refuses risky customer-facing phrasing more consistently. GPT is faster and handles images better. We default to Claude for drafting and GPT for fast batch ops. You can force either in settings.

Will Anthropic train on my CRM data?
