Yes. Install from the Teams app catalog at the org or per-user level. Entra ID single sign-on, adaptive-card notifications, slash commands to update the CRM from inside Teams. Not a webhook lookalike, a real Teams app.

Does this work for GCC and government tenants?

Yes. Microsoft 365 commercial, Teams Free, EDU and GCC are supported out of the box. GCC High is supported with a manual onboarding pass (Entra ID tenant review and app provisioning). DoD is on the roadmap.

Can I reply to a CRM contact from Teams?

Yes. When a contact replies, Teams posts the message as an adaptive card. Use /juicy reply in that thread to send a response back through the CRM. The outbound email logs to the contact record automatically.

Does it support adaptive cards?

Yes. All notifications render as Microsoft adaptive cards with inline buttons: mark followed-up, snooze the alert, open the contact in CRM, all without leaving Teams. Cards support light and dark themes.

How is this different from a Power Automate flow?
