Sync Your CRM With Notion, Both Directions
Juicy Goosey integrates with Notion via the official Notion API. Pick which Notion databases sync with which CRM objects. Contacts, deals, tasks and notes flow both ways. Edit a contact in Notion, the CRM updates. Close a deal in the CRM, the Notion mirror updates. Field mapping is configurable per database.
How The Notion Integration Works
Five steps. About three minutes from connect to first sync.
| Step | What Happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Connect | Notion API token (or our hosted OAuth for cleaner setup). |
| 2. Pick databases | Each Notion database maps to a CRM object (contact, deal, note). |
| 3. Map fields | Notion property → CRM field, supports relations and selects. |
| 4. Pick direction | One-way (Notion → CRM, or CRM → Notion) or two-way per object. |
| 5. Done | Edits propagate within seconds. |
What You Get
Six capabilities that cover the standard "Notion stays, CRM joins" pattern.
Migrate Your "Notion CRM" In Minutes
Existing Notion contact and deal databases imported on first sync. No rebuild.
Two-Way Contact Sync
Edit on either side, both stay in sync.
Deal Mirror In Notion
Project leads who live in Notion see the deal stage without opening the CRM.
Note Sync
Meeting notes drafted in Notion auto-attach to the CRM contact.
Linked Wiki Pages
Deal record can link to a Notion playbook (e.g., "Implementation guide").
Conflict Resolution Rules
Latest write wins, CRM wins, Notion wins, or pause and notify. You pick.
Common Patterns
Four setups our Notion-heavy customers run.
Sales Lives In CRM, Account Notes Live In Notion
Notes flow from Notion to CRM, deal data stays canonical in CRM.
Revenue Ops Reports In Notion
CRM data flows to a Notion dashboard for the wider team. Read-only mirror.
Onboarding Playbooks In Notion
New deal won → Notion onboarding doc auto-created from template, linked back to the deal.
External Partner Visibility
Specific partners get a filtered Notion mirror, not full CRM access. Tight scope, easy to revoke.
For Teams Already Using "Notion as a CRM"
If you have built a homemade CRM in Notion, this integration is a graceful upgrade path:
- Connect Notion
- Migrate the contact and deal databases on first sync
- Keep Notion as your wiki / docs / notes layer
- Move sales workflow into Juicy Goosey

Versus Doing It Through Zapier or Make
| Approach | Field Map Granularity | Two-Way | Conflict Handling | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Juicy Goosey native | Per-property | Yes | Built in | Included |
| Zapier | Limited | Hard to configure | Manual | Per task |
| Make.com | Better than Zapier | Manual setup | Manual | Per operation |
| Notion API direct (custom code) | Full control | Engineering required | Engineering required | Build cost |
If you are technical and have specific bespoke workflows, the Notion API plus our Zapier integration and webhooks gives you anything our native sync does not cover.
Limits (Honest)
Notion API Rate Limits
~3 requests/sec per integration. We batch and queue. Very large databases (10k+ rows) sync in waves.
Two-Way Conflict Window
If both sides edit the same field within a 30-second window, conflict-resolution rule fires.
Notion Webhooks Are Limited
Notion does not push field-level webhooks for everything. We poll on a 30-60 second cadence by default.
Notion AI Stays In Notion
We do not pipe Notion AI content to ours unless you explicitly add it.
