Does Juicy Goosey work with Slack?

Yes. Install the Juicy Goosey app from the Slack App Directory in 30 seconds. Then pick which channels get which notifications, configure filters, and use slash commands to update the CRM from inside Slack.

Can I reply to a CRM contact directly from Slack?

Yes. When a contact replies, Slack posts the message in a thread. Use /juicy reply in that thread to send a response back through the CRM. The outbound email logs to the contact record automatically.

Does this work for Microsoft Teams?

Partially today, fully soon. Teams connectors and webhooks carry notifications, slash commands are limited. A full native Teams app is on the roadmap. Discord is webhook-only for fire-hose notifications.

Can I filter which deals post to which channel?

Yes. Filter by deal value, source, owner, stage or time window. Common setup: deals over $5k in #wins, at-risk deals in #save, task DMs to the assignee only, quiet hours between 6pm and 8am local.

Will this spam my Slack?

Only if you misconfigure it. Defaults are conservative: owner-only DMs for tasks, one channel for deal milestones, quiet hours on by default. You can loosen to fire-hose or tighten to daily digest. Slack noise is a real problem and we ship with that aware.

How do I stop notifications outside work hours?

Set Quiet Hours in the Slack integration settings. Default is 6pm-8am in each user's local timezone. Notifications queue and deliver at the start of the next work window. Override per-channel if you want a 24/7 #wins channel.

Notification Filters (Avoiding The Slack Noise Trap)
