How often does the roadmap update?

Weekly refresh of Shipped and In Progress sections. Monthly review of Next items, slips moved and new items added. Quarterly review of Exploring (promoted to Next or dropped). The published date at the top of this page reflects the most recent edit.

Are timelines guaranteed?

No. Shipped is the only guarantee. In Progress is what we are actively building, with rough targets. Next is committed for the next 90 days but priorities can shift. Exploring is no commitment at all. We document slips publicly when they happen.

Why is a competitor shipping a feature and you are not?

We are a smaller team and we ship deliberately. If a feature is missing it is either Exploring, deferred to keep scope honest, or a deliberate non-goal. We would rather ship one thing well than five things half-baked. If a missing feature blocks you, tell us, your input directly affects the Next list.

Can I vote on features?

Today: by email or in-app feature request. A public vote board is on the Exploring list. The most useful input is a specific workflow you cannot complete today, not a generic feature name. Concrete use cases jump the queue.

What if I am paying for a plan that does not include a roadmap feature?

Plan-tier scope is defined at signup. New roadmap features inherit the tier they were originally scoped to. If a Next-list item is scoped to a higher tier than yours, that is called out in the roadmap entry. No surprise paywalls on features you already use.

Is the roadmap different for Portal vs Enterprise?

Some items are tier-specific (e.g., SSO is Enterprise). The page does not split by tier today, but each item shows its tier scope when it lands on the Next or In Progress list. Portal is being built as a separate self-serve edition with its own light roadmap.
